You can use a emulator but to use it you need 3 things. 1. A powerful PC. 2. A Dreamcast. 3. The orginal game. ITS ILLEGAL TO USE AND EMULATOR UNLESS YOU OWN THE GAME AND THE SYSTEM

Bad Religion's "10 in 2010" and "Them and Us" are the other two in game background tracks... as well as "Inner Logic" in the credits (If you get a Class S liscense or higher)
