Lol I just did'nt like the film. Its really nothing to debate on.

It's supposed to be fiction that seems realistic. The bullets have a small ongoing rivet in them for air to travel through, and since their heart-rate is so high they can react faster. It makes sense, it's just not probable. But that single thing made the entire movie shit? Don't ever become a critic.

The whole concept of people who can "bend" bullets did NOT work for me.
