oops, I meant to say "I FIND this video really helpful." Geez:D
I this video really helpful. Thanks a lot!
well now lets not automatically believe for a moment that i am all fat.i have a waist of 42 21in biceps 18in forarms i do have some fat not desputing that but you say work out and my doctor says to stop anarobics and do more cardio so go figure. but as far as the RNC i can execute it by pulling on either the foreheard or the back of the hair. it exposes a larger portion of the neck allowing my forarms to get in there i just wanted to know if there is a better way.
wow man u need to start working out you can loose weight if you Put yourself up 2 it, i think your huge to do the RNC.
ok i have a question for you. i am a very large guy with vary large forarms and biceps i am 6ft1 400+ lbs when i try to use this move i find it very difficult to get my arms in the proper postion ultimatly it works but only because i have to squeeze the hell outta them. is there another way a larger guy can utilize this hold more acuratly i think finess is a huge part of the game as well as strengh.
I'd say no, it's not a good idea. Bending your wrist causes your fingers to open up because of the way the tendons stretch, so the grip becomes weak and vulnerable if you bend your wrist during repositioning. Mainly though, I also think it leaves your thumbs in easier positions to be grabbed and pulled.
I find it much easier to prevent escape or attempts to escape if you trap an arm in the choke, and rather than use the traditional choke, use a forearm choke with an arm in. Its also important to trash him around and really yank him in different directions to throw off his co-ordination and ability to analyze the situation and make escape attempts.
I saw a video that recommended a finger only grab (palms face each other, but only the fingers hook each other), saying that, on the street, the person may grab and break your fingers if you use the wrestling grip. Is that a good idea? why or why not?
i have been practicing this move a lot recently on my golden shepard sparky. He is quite a squirmer and i was wondering if anyone could give me advice because he keeps escaping. it probably because he's a lot smaller than me but im sure others handled the same problem. expert advice only pls
All in the name of education.
I imagine it must suck for the guy on the recieving end in these videos.
poor guy lol |
